Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return

Ship the item back using a reliable, trackable shipping service. Please retain your tracking number and proof of postage until your refund is fully processed.
Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct a fee from your refund if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or is missing its original protective packaging.
